Our 4,300 ft spacious mountain home has all the luxuries you’re looking for plus so much more! Enjoy plenty of space to relax in our 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath retreat in the Animas Valley with beautiful natural surroundings. Take in the beauty of the mature shade trees and landscaped pond with lots of privacy.
Our home in the Animas Valley is located just 15 minutes North of historic downtown Durango and 15 minutes South of Purgatory Ski Resort, making it the perfect location for all of your vacation needs.

We are located across from James Ranch Market and a quick 5 minute drive to the Durango Hot Springs.

Enjoy a well appointed open living plan including the kitchen, dining room, comfortable living area with fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows. The home is perfect for families as it features 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms as well as a media / game room for fun and relaxation. The home is equipped with WiFi and Smart TVs where you can access your streaming account.
After a day of adventure, soak in the hot tub under the shade trees with views of the beautiful pond.
Or, relax and take in the beautiful views from the expansive patio with plenty of seating, an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill.

Primary Suite: King (1st Floor) includes crib in sitting area
2nd Primary Suite: King (2nd Floor)
3rd Bedroom: Queen
4th Bedroom: Queen (3rd Floor) with bunk beds

Concierge Services such as grocery/drink delivery, in home meals prepared by a local chef, restaurant recommendations / bookings, airport transfer, activity bookings, in home massage, daily housekeeping, etc available upon request.

A nice Getaway close to Durango

We had originally planned an RV trip to Dura go, however due to some unforseen circumstances, we decided to do a road trip, sans the RV's instead. We had 3 couples so the large amount of space was very nice. We loved the center living room where we chatted endlessly it seems for a week. The large space afforded everyone a little privacy when needed and the outdoor views and atomosphere did not disappoint. We found many local eateries to have various meals and even had some pizza and bbq we brought back to the house. We traveled throughout Durango, Pagosa Springs and into Creede on one of our days and went up to Silverton and Ouray on a different day. The views of the mountains in those areas is breathtaking. All in all, everyone enjoyed themselves and everyone was more than happy with our accommodations. Thank you for having us into your beautiful home!
