The Neighborhood:
Nestled in a quiet residential area, this home is just a short drive to downtown Breckenridge’s restaurants, shops, and attractions. Visit Maggie’s pond for stand up paddle boarding or Lake Dillon for kayaking. There are great hiking trails off of Main Street such as The Sawmill Creek Trail, Pence Miller to Cucumber Gulch, and the Burro trail. Take the BreckConnect Gondola up to Breckenridge Discovery Park where there is a rollercoaster, alpine slides, ziplines, and miniature golf. Finally, Prize Box Cross Country Ski Trail, a 2.1-mile loop trail with moderate traffic is good for all skill levels. The Denver International Airport is approximately 97 miles away.

Getting Around:
While the home is not on a shuttle route, downtown Breckenridge and world class skiing are both less than 5 miles away.

A wonderful quiet getaway!

We loved our stay and would stay again and recommend to others. The location was perfect; quiet with great views and quick access to town/amenities. This was the best appointed rental I’ve stayed in. We had absolutely everything we needed. As has been previously mentioned, be aware of steep steps for littles or anyone with mobility limitations.

Perfect Pet-Friendly Summer Retreat

This was a wonderful experience for us. We were close to town with restaurants and amenities, including racquet club for tennis, as well as surrounded by great walking trails. The best aspect, however, was its pet-friendly policy. Everything is better when you can experience it with a dog.

Beautiful views and great location. House has easy access to hiking trails and is only about a 7-8 minute drive to breckenridge. Living spaces are a little small but worked for our family of five. Some minor renovations in process and house could have been cleaner, but overall very nice.

Very nice home with everything we needed. Hot tub was clean, warm and perfect after a day on the slopes. Plenty of towels and the kitchen had all of the basics needed for our group to cook meals. Definitely need 4 wheel drive during the winter - the driveway was cleared quickly and snow plows kept the roads in good condition for driving. Highly recommend!

Great Place To Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this secluded home just minutes from Breckenridge. The property had everything you need to cook as well as three comfortable bedrooms with stunning views. The private hot tub was amazing with easy to use features and great directions should you have any questions. You can see the slopes of Breckenridge from the main deck. The driveway is steep so you definitely need 4WD or AWD in the winter. There is laundry available as well. The main table in the dining room is great for games and the TVs are set up for live events or Roku streaming options. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house!

We are a family of 6, and there was plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable. Everything was very clean, and in great working order. The house is very close to town and the ski hill . The drive way is very steep and slick with the snow. Someone came and removed the snow every morning but I think it would have been helpful to sand/salt the driveway .

What a view!

After having just returned from a week's vacation in Breckenridge, we could not have asked for a better experience at this lovely home in the mountains. The home was wonderfully appointed and the owner answered us promptly when we had just a few clarifying questions. The hot tub was sheer perfection and the views alone from it were absolutely breathtaking. After a long day of hiking or shopping, it certainly was a welcomed retreat. We could tell we were getting older and not in the best shape of our lives (thank you, dumb Covid!), as those stairs getting up to the main level seemed steeper and steeper every day. All told, we had a great time and can't wait to get back to Breck. Thank you for a wonderful stay and the lovely accommodations! We miss it already.

Concerns

The rug in front of the door to the hot tub deck was slick and there were some near falls do to it. No hand soap in the bathroom. There was water on the floor in front of the washing machine that we did send a notification to the manager. But overall enjoyed our stay.

Excellent choice in the Breck area

As a couple, we were looking for a cozy, moderately priced property with full amenities, privacy, hot tub, wifi, yet fairly near to good sized town. Our goal was to spend a good part of every day hiking in a variety of nearby venues. This fit the bill completely. Despite prior reviews, there were sufficient supplies for the washer and dishwasher. Additionally, we got well over a dozen tv channels, although we didn't watch that much TV. The hot tub was large and stayed hot. There is a rather steep and somewhat rutted hill up the driveway, but the actual parking apron at the top is wide, level, and concrete. The Lower Flume trail starts a few doors down, and can be walked up to Mike's Trail and Middle Flume and Upper Flume, although portions of it do go on streets, and it is sometimes used by bicycles. Dining, shopping, and groceries are readily available in town a few minutes away. Additionally, prior guests left small kitchen items, such as butter, ketchup, and even a bottle of wine when they moved on. One thing not available, despite the coffee maker, was coffee, so bring your own if you use it. We had one very minor incident with the locks, but communication with owner and property management was very good, and it was readily handled. We would recommend this to relatives and friends, and would stay here again, which is one of the best things you can say for a rental property. It was clean and appealing. The only caution would be to families with toddlers- there is an open stairway from the main level down to the entry atrium, and again one on the second level down to the first level.

Quiet getaway with great view

Quiet neighborhood. Great view of the mountains from the balcony and through the den picture window. Enjoyed sitting in the big hot tub in the evening and looking at the mountains. Nice hiking trails next to the property. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Family vacation

We stayed at this ski house for a spring break family ski vacation. We are a family of 5. House had everything we needed. You will need to bring shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets- as they only supply enough to get a family of five through the first day and a half. Also, the 4 wheel drive was definitely needed to get up the driveway after a fresh snow. We enjoyed the hot tub a lot. My 13 year old made the lower level his area and loved it. We never ran out of hot water, everything was clean. Location was good for us as well. I would stay here again. Also, we had the pleasant surprise of seeing two moose wander up the driveway and through the yard. very cool.

Location!

We very much enjoyed our stay at his home. The location was ideal for beautiful mountain views yet super close to Main Street Breck. The house was extremely clean and modern, and we enjoyed every minute of our trip. I would definitely make this my go-to when visiting Breckenridge.

nice mountain stay

Super clean, virus sensitive. Nice neighborhood for walks, huge hot tub was the cleanest I've ever seen. Enclosed back yard was handy for the dogs. Kitchen very well equipped but without the zillion pots and utensils that tend to accumulate in a rental and clutter up the kitchen (big pet peeve). Steep driveway will be tricky in winter without a four wheel drive. Large parking area at top was fun for kids playing. Nice towels, new Maytag commercial washer & dryer was helpful.

Family Get Away

Took my 3 young adult children, husband & our little dog on this trip. The place was amazing with everything we needed & so close to downtown Breckenridge. We went hiking, site seeing and did a little shoping. The restuarants are amazing. We expecialy loved the Breckenridge Tap House. Can't wait to come back for a longer visit.
