It’s great to hear that everyone had plenty of space to gather and that the third floor provided a peaceful retreat after your busy days. Thank you for your review. We’re glad your group enjoyed the property, outdoor space, and accommodations, and we were happy to assist by installing a portable TV for your gathering. We do want to clarify the comments regarding the grill, oven, and dishwasher for future guests. At no point during the stay did your group contact us to report problems with any of these appliances or request assistance. In fact, during the stay and again around checkout, we were told that everything was going great. After checkout, the grill, oven, and dishwasher were inspected and tested, and all were found to be operating properly. The grill issue in particular was not the result of a mechanical failure. The condition of the grill after the group’s use required attention, and once that was addressed, the grill operated normally. The oven and dishwasher were also functioning properly, and the guests immediately following this reservation did not report any appliance issues. We take maintenance concerns seriously and are available to assist guests during their stay, which is why we feel it is important to clarify that these concerns were never brought to our attention while we had the opportunity to address them. We’re pleased that your group otherwise enjoyed the home and would recommend it for large-group stays.
