An absolute beautiful property and home. Very close to town and the beach. We have stayed many places in Greenport and this has been the best. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our family. Will stay there again.
Beautiful newly renovated spot. It was the perfect setup for our family of 4. We enjoyed walking into greenport village daily

Hi Melissa,
Thank you for the kind review. I'm sorry but I did give you a couple of 4 stars only because there was some staining on the couch. I totally understand those things happen especially with young children, but I would prefer to be informed of it. No matter, the 4 stars won't hurt your guest rating. I am not making any claims for the stains, I will have the furniture steam cleaned. We'd be happy to have you again.

This house was the greatest location and so perfect and gorgeous inside. Walter couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. We have already recommended it to our friends and will look to stay here whenever we are in Greenport. Thank you so much Walter!!!
The house was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making me feel comfortable right from the start. The location was perfect—local attractions and great restaurants, which made exploring the town very convenient. Walter was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always quick to reply to any questions or requests. Overall, I highly recommend this home for a friendly and hassle-free stay!

Thank you for the kind review, having recently purchased the house we have been busy carefully furnishing it. So glad you enjoyed your stay and we would welcome you back anytime!
Our family were completely overjoyed by our week in this beautifully decorated and updated farmhouse. Sitting on the porch, grilling in the backyard, strolling to the beach and walking into Greenport were all this gem offers and much more. Couldn’t be happier with the communicative host. Highly recommended.
Girls Trip Weekend! Beautiful place to stay. 2 bedroom. 2 1/2 Bathroom. Extra bed is not in office it’s in wide hallway between 2 bedrooms. Everything is new and clean. We had a fabulous time. It’s walkable to Front Street where many restaurants and shops are located. The ferry to Shelter Island is right around the corner. Walter was quick to respond to any questions. Would stay again!

The extra bed is in a nook between the bedrooms. VRBO only provides a pull down menu of locations for the daybed and none of the selections fit. Being that there is a small work desk in the common hall office was the closest option. I will look into this further to see if there is a way to more accurately describe the location. Thank you for your feedback!
Beautiful farmhouse with all the modern amenities! Two large bedrooms with each its own bathroom. Plus a daybed upstairs if needed.Worked with the property owner throughout as we had to avoid an incoming storm this weekend. We appreciated his communication and were able to switch to come in a day earlier. The yard and front porch were an added feature not to miss if you want to dine outside or enjoy a cocktail on the porch. Felt safe and walkable to Greenport restaurants and shops. Ferry just around the corner available to Shelter Island. Beach is a short walk away at end of road.Do not wait, book this lovely property!
