Tampa Heights, a neighbourhood in Tampa, is home to this holiday home. MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre and MacDill Air Force Base are cultural highlights, and some of the area's popular attractions include ZooTampa at Lowry Park and Florida Aquarium. Check out an event or a game at Raymond James Stadium, and consider making time for Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, a top attraction not to be missed.
Excellent accomdations and hosts. Fenced-in yard was great for my dogs. It was a pleasure to stay here, everything you coul possibly need was provided and the hosts ensured you had privacy. Would book this location again without hesitation. They accomdated my two dogs and cat without any problems.

Thank you Michael I would rent to you again. Highly recommend you!! 5/5
Easy access, wide open space. Great for pet owners. Fenced in yard. The place was beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed our stay and would cone back. Plenty of privacy.
For a studio, it's very spacious. Host is super responsive. The bed is listed as a queen, but sure felt like a king. Parking is on the street, but the space in front of the home was available every time we needed it. The reasons I took off a star are because it really, really needs a bathroom door and the living area furniture needs some sprucing. The cushions are stained and not inviting to sit on. There was also a little debris on the sofa from the prior guest. Also, there is no dishwasher, which is concerning to me because it's possible the kitchen utensils are not sterilized between guests, which is a no-go for me in a place that allows pets.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
Tough staying there. Bathroom had no door, just curtain. No closet to hang clothing. No glassware, plastic. Needs a deep cleaning, baseboards, shower had hairs on walls. Shower curtain to short, thus water went on the floor. Code to gain entry was too long, 10 digits! Grounds very very unkept. Dog poop, debris all over, alot trip points, uneven pavers.

Michele, thank you for your review. I would like to clarify several points for future guests.
The yard and paver areas are part of the property and cannot be altered. The walkway from the driveway entrance to the guest house door is flat and fully accessible, with no steps and a double-door entry. While there are some uneven pavers near an oak tree behind the guest house due to the age of the property, this area is not part of the guest entry path.
The door code is automatically generated for each reservation and is not something that can be manually changed.
The studio suite is accurately represented in the listing photos and description. While there is not a traditional closet, the unit includes a large dresser with six deep drawers as well as a clothing rack with hangers for guest use. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, glassware, and silverware and other kitchen essentials. Plastic dishware is also provided as an additional option, as glass items are occasionally replaced due to normal guest use. The shower curtain is a standard-size curtain designed for the shower in the unit.
The unit is professionally cleaned with a detailed checklist and inspected prior to each guest’s arrival. After your stay, our team did note items such as food left in the shower and bandaids on the AC unit, as well as additional cleaning required due to pet hair and saliva on furniture and baseboards. As a pet-friendly property, we welcome animals, but additional cleaning can sometimes be necessary after stays with pets.
You mentioned dog waste in the yard upon arrival. After you brought this to my attention, I checked the area and cleaned it. As this was a same-day booking, I had not yet returned home from work to personally inspect the yard, and it may have been left by a previous guest traveling with a dog.
I take pride in maintaining this property and ensuring it is well cared for. I always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if there are concerns so they can be addressed promptly.
Quaint and quiet, and most convenient to family just walking distance away. Clean and comfy. I would stay again. The area has some great restaurants, highly recommend Trophy Fish for happy hour, a short drive away. Boudon for brunch after checkout. Spent most of my time with family nearby to celebrate Son in law’s 40 and granddaughter’s 3rd birthdays. My only cons were the ice maker didn’t work, and I didn’t know how to turn on the heat, ( Florida decided to participate in winter this year) so some instructions for a Grandma traveling solo would be great. But there was an extra comforter and I stayed warm enough. The toilet was super low after being used to a newer taller one. I only used the microwave to heat water for tea, but the kitchen was well equipped enough for simple meals for those who might want to bring their own food. I recommend this cute little Bungalow
