This property is absolutely beautiful. The location is very close to downtown New Orleans. The home was fully equipped with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and cozy. The entire home was very clean. The host, Kermit was very nice and responded timely to messages. Go ahead and book this property, you will not be disappointed. I look forward to staying at this property in the future.

We loved our stay here on our family trip to New Orleans! The house was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the soaking tub and spacious shower in the primary bathroom! Short uber ride to the French Quarter. Would recommend 100%!

The house is beautifully furnished, both units! The amenities were nice, personal parking pad was a plus as we had traveled in 2 vehicles. The host was attentive and responsive.

The house was very nice. It was well decorated and accommodating. There were many ammenities that were unexpected, plenty coffee pods, tea, honey, laundry supplies, body wash, and lotion. Kermit was an outstanding host. We would definitely stay again.

Love the house! Clean and beautiful! Located just 14 uber ride from Bourbon street. Host is very responsive and had some good advice on the fun places.

We had a great stay here! Brand new construction home. Very clean and modern. 7 minute Uber ride to Bourbon St in a great location. The owner was out of the country while we were there but he still managed to be super responsive if we needed anything.

Beautiful home. Very clean. Friendly neighbors. Kermit was quick with help we didn't even know we needed! Two off-street parking spots. Bed was extra soft and the bathroom was incredible. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Mr. Williams runs a very clean and modern property with all the conveniences of an upscale home. Security cameras and a locked gate as well as off street parking for 2 midsize vehicles. Mr. Williams is extremely attentive and highly communicative. I felt safe with his attention to detail. Most definitely would stay in any property of his in the future.
