Our stay at the JazzNest was absolutely fabulous. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet it’s just a short walk to the streetcar, making it incredibly convenient to explore many parts of New Orleans.

Our goal was to feel as if we lived in a great New Orleans neighborhood for a couple of weeks, and we got that plus some. Grocery stores close by, Audubon Park down the street, Magazine St a block away, bakeries, restaurants, and coffee shops just steps away. Easy walk to St Charles for the street car. But also a cozy house we stocked with day to day essentials as we would back home. Not just dog friendly, but dog welcoming by dog people, so our puppy was relaxed and comfortable too. We walked a lot but the street parking was easy and always close. It’s New Orleans for sure - old streets, old buildings, hot outside, and also full of character and friendly people. This place fits right in and met all our expectations.

Loved this property! Location was perfect for us. Quiet, charming, and safe neighborhood; within walking distance to coffee shops, bakery, breakfast. Friendly hosts (including the porch cats that greeted us regularly and welcomed the attention from our kids), friendly neighbors. Clean and comfortable accommodations. No complaints.

The house was adorable, clean, and within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The beds were extra comfy, which is a huge plus in my book! Would definitely consider booking again for my next trip to NOLA!
