Welcome to your St. Augustine beach getaway! This newly renovated ground-floor condo is steps from the beach and pool. Relax in the spacious living area, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind in the primary suite with pool-view patio. The second bedroom features bunk beds and a trundle. Washer/dryer included. Surfboards, boogie boards, and beach toys are provided for endless fun!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
* Return furniture to its original spot if moved. * Rinse and store beach items in their designated area. * Place remotes in the bowl in the living room.
* Return the 'pool' key to its original location. A replacement fee will apply if lost. * Adjust the AC to a reasonable temperature (74-76°F). If it's winter, turn off the heat.
* Report any missing or damaged items (e.g., "A beach towel flew away!") * Log out of all streaming accounts * Please refer to the physical house guide in the condo for check-out instructions

This place is beautiful, well-decorated, and spotless. The location was perfect to the pool and beach! As well as restaurants. Owners were extremely helpful and timely. We have a great vacation!

There were several good restaurants in walking distance. Nice pool area. Beach was easily accessible. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Having the beach chairs, boards and toys right outside the door was very convenient. Primary bedroom was nice size. The bunk bedroom was tight with 3 teens/kids but it was workable.
