Great Beach House At Great Location!

The Rushings invite you to enjoy an exciting Florida vacation in our Beach House on Anastasia Island, in quiet Surf Crest Village.
The house is adjacent to the pool and in the center of the oceanfront complex of individual one and two-story homes. There is a picturesque covered gazebo atop the dunes for your enjoyment, with private access to an uncrowded white sandy beach.
WARNING: If you come once you'll be hooked!!!!
We are five miles south of historic St. Augustine, ten miles north
of Marineland, an hour and a half from Disney World, Sea World,
Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center and many other wonderful attractions. World Golf Village and Outlet Shopping Malls are just minutes away.
This is a Smoke-Free and Pet-Free Beach House!!!

Lovely house in a great location

Really enjoyed our 5 night stay in the house. Very convenient for the beach or pool. Neighbours in the complex were very friendly and house has everything you need!

Lovely beach cottage

Cottage very clean and comfortable. Very well situated for the beach, the pool literally next door and easy getting into St Augustine. Owners very quick to respond to questions. Only downside is the internet service which is very slow. Great for quiet getaway.

Charming beach cottage

A lovely little beach cottage, very clean and well equipped with everything needed.....except a beach towel. We enjoyed our stay although the weather was poor and quite chilly. The beach is lovely and super busy at the weekend and we found some lovely places to eat quite close by.

Heaven

We have been vacationing in Saint Augustine every summer for the past 25 years. Once we found this slice of heaven, we have not stayed anywhere else! The Rushings have perfected the art of making a beach house cozy and inviting! We cannot wait till next year!

Better than I thought, parked beside the door, deck overlooking the pool, 2 min. To the beach,love st. Augustine, when we go, I’ll see if this same place is available

Wonderful experience

We had a beautiful experience. The house, just a two-minute walk to the beach, had all amenities we needed. All appliances and other facilities in good working order. Location very convenient for tourist activities, beach fun, and necessities. Everything nearby. 10/10 would stay here again.

This house was just what we needed for our short stay in St Augustine. Very clean and in a quiet private neighborhood. Our hosts were very attentive to our needs but didn’t “hover” which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely house with deck ! Bright and clean! Short walk to beach. All the amenities you will need. Weather was perfect. The spot is great. Walking distance to grocery stores, shops and restaurants.

Clean and Convenient

Easy access to beach. Nice size cottage with space for everything. Quiet environment. Location was ideal for going both North to Jacksonville and South to places like Cape Canaveral / Daytona.
