It is perfect for an individual visiting Silicon Valley or the SF Bay Area for an extended period.
Predominantly quiet residential neighborhood (young/middle age). Less than 15 minute drive to Downtown SJ. Walkable from VTA & Caltrain to SF. Great community club with Gym / Pool / Wi-Fi lounge. Walkable from Safeway, Target, Costco & multi-cuisine restaurants. Walkable from Kaiser Hospital & Western Digital HQ. Piano at home!

5. Guest is requested to consistently keep the guest suite and shared area premises in a neat and sanitary condition.
6. It is expected that the guest will bear the cost of personal consumables.
7. Guests shall observe quiet hours between 11pm-7am every day.
8. Upon guest departure, all furnishings and electronic appliances available within the premises must be kept/returned in the same condition as found on guest arrival.
