This is a beautiful home. This house had plenty of room for our family. The backyard has an accessible hiking trail. It’s very close to Northstar Village. The shuttle services to and from were very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The home was so well maintained with loving care. The beds were comfortable and the bedding and blankets clean and comfy. The outdoor furniture on the top deck was new, clean and comfy. The throw blankets were a great touch and used a lot. It was a heat wave and there were numerous portable fans and a whole house fan that really cooled the house down at night. There was a horse shoe toss area with fresh sand in it and provided fun for the family. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Would suggest they get some new sharp knives or sharpen the ones there. The bonus game room stayed cool, which was great and was a fun hang out area. Overall great house.

Our summary is going to be a little skewed because my husband slipped on the main steps that come down from the great room/kitchen area. The house was beautiful but that stairwell was dimly lit and we were not wearing shoes per the host's request. The weather was chilly so it was too cold to go barefoot. My husband broke his left hip. Paramedics had to take him by ambulance to Tahoe Forest Hospital...they were excellent by the way. I informed the property management company of the incident & they said they were sorry and they would pass the incident along and that we felt the stairs were slippery. That's it though. They did not follow-up any further. My husband was in the hospital for 3 days! Just didn't feel like they cared very much.
