Enjoy the gorgeous Bethany beach sunsets and sunrises on one of the 4 balconies while staying in this 3 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo that sleeps 8. Walk 100 yards from the front door to the private Tower Shores beach or relax poolside in the courtyard. If you are feeling more adventurous you are just minutes away from downtown Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth. Also located near the Delaware Seashore State Park, outlet shopping, fine dining, fishing and plenty of outdoor activities for you and your family to enjoy. A wonderful place to getaway from it all and make lifelong memories.

Pool opens May 23, 2026 and closes Labor Day.

We had a fabulous Spring Break stay at Riser! Communication with Jess was easy and informative. The property was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were spacious, A/C and heat worked fantastic and the access to the place was a breeze. We have been coming to the community of Tower Shores for 40 years and this has been one of the best properties we have stayed in. We can’t wait to return!

Very clean and comfortable space for my family, with a shared yard for my kids to run around while we grilled. The short walk to the private beach is what makes this a great location, and a short drive to grocery, shopping etc. Had a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the communication was almost instant.
