The Cabin was even better than in the pictures!! We all had a great time on the property and exploring the beautiful mountains nearby. Aldo was a gracious host and very easy to communicate with before and during our stay! The kitchen was fully equipped making it easy to prepare any meal. We spent a lot of time in the living room that was especially tranquil in the morning light. Took a day hike across the boarder in Maryland, which was perfect. Would stay again and definitely recommend!

Aldo‘s home was absolutely magnificent. The style of the home was warm and inviting, but even more, the beds were so comfortable that my friends and I all had the most wonderful nights of sleep. All the details from the sheets, towels, appliances, blankets and the rugs were special touches that made each of us feel welcomed and pampered. This was, by far, the best vacation stay I have ever experienced because of how wonderful Aldo was as a host and providing such comfort at his home. I encourage everyone to make it a point of staying here for R&R, hiking and sightseeing. You won’t regret it.

Great place

We were in town for sad circumstances, but Aldo’s place was just what we need for rest. We loved the views, morning coffee outside was perfect and he had more than what you could ask for. I would highly recommend staying here and I know we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of gathering spaces throughout inside and outside. Quick response from owner on questions. Super comfy beds and pillows. We will come back in the future.

Beautiful place to stay while visiting friends in the area

Beautiful house very roomy for our large group. My family of 5 ages from 7-50 and two married couples. It worked perfectly having the 3bedrooms. Enjoyed having the kitchen to use for making meals when needed. Loved sitting in the 2 sitting areas with friends talking and laughing in the evening. We played games and cards that the rental had upstairs in the sitting area. The homes area is very private & secluded, was so quiet when at the home, Very peaceful! When we arrived it was very humid so glad to have AC & ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Wifi good! We wish we had the time to really enjoy the 2 outside sitting areas on the patio & deck & the outside firepit. My son loved trying to catch different bugs & blue tailed skinks on the wooded property. The owner responded quickly to any questions and easy to work with. It sits back on a dirt/stone private road with few houses only difficulty was finding the way to go especially when it was so dark. The evening we arrived we had flash flood rains and our mini van being so low to the ground had difficulty at times on the private road but fortunately we didn’t get stuck not having 4wheel drive . We saw so many deer & rabbits every time we came back to the house on the private road. We definitely will stay here again if we visit the area again. We also liked the convenience of Walmart only being like 7mins away when we needed things during our stay. Thanks for such a nice stay for the 4nights we were in the area for the 1st time.
