Really good stay. Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Disappointed that the pool was not available. Admittedly we missed that in the notes, although the listing is a little misleading. TV/ electronics were not easy to use.

We open the pool from Mid-April through October which is a longer than usual pool season for the weather here in Annapolis, and our hot tub is available year round, as noted in our listing. Beautiful house and pool on the water.

The house is beautiful and on the water. Pool was great. Place was clean. Good communication from hosts. Lovely walking around the neighborhood. Short walk to views of the Bay and mouth of the Severn River.

Awesome house with all the amenities. Very relaxed atmosphere. Check in was very easy and accommodating. My only concern was the check in time needs to be evaluated for out-of-town guests. Checking in @ 4PM is very late! maybe look at 2PM after a long travel.

Dream location

This house is in a prime location. Sweet neighborhood on the Bay. The house itself has a great dock that provides constant activities for kids. The pool was clean and situated with a stunning view. The house has so many sleeping options and can accommodate large groups. The proximity to downtown Annapolis allows for frequent excursions. Property mgt very good. Highly recommend renting!

Even thought the heated pool is advertised as an amenity, there is an additional cost to have the pool heated. The hot tub did not appear to be working properly and instructions were not provided. The home is definitely not child proof. A basket of pool chemicals was left out on the floor. There were pods for the dishwasher in a non-childproof container in a lower cabinet. Cleaning supplies were also in lower cabinets. We were a small group and did not use all of the rooms. I think this house would be more suitable for a larger group of adults and was not really suitable for a family with small children.
