The Space:

This trendy haven is located on the ground level (with an identical vacation rental above). The bedrooms are as follows:

Guest Access:

Guests have unfettered access to the entire condo. In the front of the property is a 3 bedroom house (also a vacation rental) but there are no shared spaces. There is also a vacation rental of the second floor of this complex.

Parking was very convenient and easy. Check in was easy. Entire place was clean. Only issues were that we could hear everything the upstairs tenants were doing - very footstep sounded like it was going to step through the ceiling. Additionally, the AC/Fan mini split systems were not working at all - even with following their instructions carefully. I messaged the manager and they said they’d have a maintenance person come by. They never came, and there was no follow up about it. Overall great rental and location. Would definitely stay again

We sincerely apologize about the noise from the upstairs tenants - we understand how disruptive footsteps and noise can be, especially when you're trying to relax. Unfortunately, sound transmission between floors is something we're limited in controlling, but we appreciate you bringing this to our attention as it's important information for future guests. We're truly sorry about the AC/Fan mini-split systems not working during your stay. We're even more disappointed that our maintenance person didn't arrive as promised and that we failed to follow up with you. He is not the best at responding to our calls and we'll have a talk with him again about this. Despite these issues, we're grateful you still found the rental and location great overall and that you'd consider staying again. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience next time - one without AC issues and with proper follow-through on our commitments.
