We had an amazing stay! We loved this location. House was so nice, clean and very accommodating. So close to the beach and the bikes and golf cart were the perfect addition. Definitely will be back!

This was an amazing stay for our family. It had everything we needed. If you are looking for convenience on 30A this is it. Just a couple blocks from the beach, such an easy bike ride or golf cart ride. The host and property manager are amazing and respond very quickly! 10/10!

Ocean Air-a beautiful beach home

Ocean Air is a beautiful home with plenty of space for your crew. We enjoyed the openness of the family room, dining and kitchen areas, as well as morning quiet times on the screened porches. As far as kitchen needs, they had it, and it was SO nice not to have to pack beach chairs, towels or an umbrella-they had it!! This home would be great for any big fam, or grab fam friends and enjoy a week at the beach!!

Nice house - some issues.

Stayed here for 5 nights with a friend’s family. It’s a new home nicely situated on the main beach corridor. Sonos and Frame TV's in every room. Beds are very comfortable. Responsive communication w/ owner. Long walk to the beach access, but the golf cart and bikes get you there quick. The beach chairs and umbrella are a welcoming touch. As others have mentioned, the main floor of the home is not kid friendly. All the dining chairs and sofa are white fabric. Fragile decor at every turn. We consider ourselves mindful people and bent over backwards to prevent any issue but the owner still filed 1800 worth of damage claims with our insurance. One for a small mark on the sofa that a previous guest had left (I’d snapped a photo when we arrived). And another for complete replacement of a dresser as our friend’s 75 year old mother spilled two small drops of Scotch (her nightcap, evidently) on its quartz surface. The insurance policy (which owner requires you to purchase at booking) has a 3k limit, so it should be covered, but the accusatory nature of owner’s messages on the drive home certainly soured our experience. Also of note - If you have three cars, you will find it is very difficult to navigate the golf cart from the carport as the drive is very narrow. Owner requires the cart to be under the carport and charging when not in use and will message you if he notices otherwise.
