Good night. Thank you for the review although a bit confusing. What was wrong with the hot water and WiFi? The only communication we got from you was that the coffee pot was cracked at 814am on the 16th, we responded asking whether you were you referring to the glass pot portion of the coffee pot. You never responded to us all l at all. Perhaps if you would've responded then we could've had better communication. The place has been completely booked since then and not a single complaint about the WiFi, the hot water or our communication.
