Elsio , our host, was responsive and friendly . Our requests were handled quickly and perfectly. We would highly recommend this rental and the space looked like the photos provided.This rental is a second floor apartment in a historic (late 1800’s) house that has been converted into rental units. The apartment was sparkling clean, and the bedrooms were quite large. We stayed in winter, so we didn’t use the outdoor facilities. The stairs to the apartment are indoors (which was fantastic when the weather turned snowy.)Our favorite space was the dining room in the morning. It was bright and filled with the morning light . It was the perfect place to enjoy our morning cup of tea. BTW an electric kettle in the kitchen made it a snap to make our tea.Our group found both beds comfortable and each bedroom as well as the living room had large tv’s installed. It seems the decor is a minimalistic look, so there are not a lot of comfort or extra items around the apartment for guest use (eg:condiments, spices or extra cooking ingredients like oil or flour & sugar, or oven/baking pans, mixing bowls, k-cups for the coffee maker, shampoo, and tissues were not provided, so bring your own extras to make your stay comfortable. A 4 piece place setting (except only 3 mugs) of tableware and flatware is provided.

This is a quiet neighborhood in the historic Brandford area. I am a lover of history which led me to purchase the Bly House to be part of this historical home in the Bradford area. It's extremely quiet and peaceful!
