If the hot tub is misused or dirtied requiring it to be drained after your stay, there will be a $500 fee **NO GLASS IN OR AROUND THE HOT TUB
Everyone getting into the hot tub: please shower off prior to getting in. Shock the hot tub after each use, directions on manual
Pets must be approved in advance, clean up poop in the yard. Cleaning fee of $100 will be added for pets
