This is a no-frills 1-bedroom or studio unit with a small kitchen and private bath — not a luxury listing. It's an older home with basic furnishings, no oven, and no premium add-ons (like wine, airport pickups, or spa amenities). But it's clean, comfortable, and cheaper than a motel.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:
- Quiet Hours: Please be mindful that noise can carry between units. We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
- No Pets: While we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets at this property.
- Parking: Two parking spots are available. Please park directly in front of your unit (Unit 2, located on the right side).
- Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a remote-controlled mini-split system. To prevent malfunctions, please do not set the temperature below 69°F in summer or above 75°F in winter.
