Cleaning crew definitely needs training. Stove/oven were filthy. Floors dirty except for Kitchen/Bath. We don't wear shoes in our home and our sox were very dirty after walking around the apt. Bedroom carpet needs shampooing. Many of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty and had to be washed before using. We never found pots/pans for cooking however I wouldn't have used the stove anyway. Thank goodness for a clean, workable microwave. Only 1 bath towel/washcloth/hand towel for the 2 of us for a week. Finally after complaining a woman dropped off 1 more bath towel and washcloth. Parking is incredibly tight. LR blinds were broken (probably from previous pets or children). Coffee table had a big crack and piece broken off on the side. Had to wash out bedroom dresser drawers prior to putting our clothes in. When getting ready to leave, picking up dog toys from under couch, chair and bed, there was garbage (tissues, straws, some kind of melted candy, lots of dust, etc.) Small grass areas around apt complex had lots of dog waste. We understand the owner has no control over people in other apts. We clean up after our dogs. Lots of road noise day/night. Excellent WiFi. Convenient for shopping/restaurants. It was the perfect size for us and our 2 mini poodles and at a good price. Very disappointed with cleanliness.
