Relish the charm of a quintessential ski vacation at Park Avenue Home! This Old Town Park City mountain retreat boasts 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Located 1 block from Historic Main Street and within walking distance to the Town Lift at Park City Mountain Resort, it’s the perfect setting for a year-round, must-visit adventure destination. Guests will love après drinks around the wood-burning fireplace and starlit evenings in the private hot tub!

Outside are 2 furnished balconies and a secluded patio with a hot tub and grill.

Easily commute around the area with on-site parking in the garage and driveway. For ski-in/ski-out access, exit the home and turn left down Park Avenue. Take a right onto 5th Street and walk downhill to Main Street, which leads to Town Lift and the ticket office.

Amazing! Perfect location.

Stayed in this house with a group of 12 and we all slept comfortably. The house is beautiful in a perfect location. I would highly recommend staying here. The people at Natural Retreats were extremely friendly and accommodating. There is no doubt I will use one of their properties in the future.

Excellent House a Block from Main Street

Could not have been better. Clean, quiet, comfortable. With bedrooms on each of three floors and a bathroom for each, it allows for plenty of space for more than one family.

The best cousins retreat!

We chose Park City for its ease of entry after our flights. The chose the house for its location. BOTH choices were phenomenal as everything we could have wanted or needed was there or within reach! The booking company, Natural Retreats, worked with us on arrival Tim’s and departure time which made life SO much easier! The house was absolutely perfect- we are already speaking about next year’s visit! You can’t beat its location to downtown or the slopes. Hands down the best experience with my people that we hope to repeat for years to come!

Old Town great location

Great property and location. Rental company was very helpful. Kitchen items were very tired, would have been great to have some kitchen items like foil, etc, besides basically salt and pepper.

Perfect spot for entertainment and ski

Three of my friends were staying here for a medical conference and some ski. This place was perfect for us. 2 minute walk to the downtown scene and 4 minute walk to the ‘quitin’ time’ run. Nothing bad to say at all.

Visited in July with a total of 5 guys. Plenty of space and comfortable. We could have kept more in the house with the bunk beds but hot tub only has so much room. We would book again. Wish they supplied a coffee bag for each morning.

Great house, Amazing Location!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Location and access to town could not have been more ideal. A short walk to the ski hill (town lift), but also very convenient. The concierge service was spectacular and so helpful. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone.
