Traverse Retreat is nestled on a peaceful one-acre lot. This newly designed home is the perfect blend of relaxation and fun. Brand new furniture, bedding, stocked kitchen and cozy living spaces ideal for families or groups. Movie/game room with universal arcade machine, karaoke and poker table. Big backyard features HOT TUB, two disc golf baskets, golf practice net, cornhole, and FIRE PIT! Two car garage doubles as additional game area with darts, ring toss and ping pong. Help yourself to our inflatable stand up paddle boards with car pump. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Traverse City. Ten minutes to Farm club which is a farm, brewery, restaurant and market place recently featured in The New York Times. Minutes to the TART bike trail and wineries of Leeanau County. Twenty-five minute drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes. Unwind. Have fun! Up to 2 dogs welcome with a $100 pet fee.

Pet fee is $115 for up to 2 dogs. If anyone fails to disclose their pet, we have a $200 fine due to the charges imposed on us by the cleaning team.

Our home is owned and operated by us and meticulously thought out from first hand experience staying in rental properties all over the world. We offer the cleanliness and amenities of big company operated listings but with the coziness of a real home and real home-owner hosts. We grew up vacationing in Traverse City and believe there is no match anywhere else in the world. We've tried to find one. But these melted glaciers are unbeatable.
