Close to Ski Sawmill, Oregon Hill Winery, PA Grand Canyon, Little Pine State Park, Historic Wellsboro, Rails to Trails, minutes away from PA state game land 75 and 5 miles south of Morris, home of the annual Rattle Snake Roundup. Excellent location to plan day trips to NY to visit Corning Glass Works and the wineries of the finger lakes. A great place to call home base while you're away. We hope you enjoy your stay

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash, dry and put away all dishes. Remove food that was brought. Food left in the fridge will be discarded. Put all bagged garbage in trash can located outside of the breezeway.
Report any damage within 24hrs of checking in. Clean out lint tray of dryer after every load. Don’t unplug or interfere with Wi-Fi or security systems. Turn off ac units & all sources of heat.
The insert in the fireplace is not to be used for any live fires. To turn on the propane fireplace in the corner of the living room, the thermostat is located on the wall just outside of the master
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The cutest and coziest little spot. Sunroom was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were perfect. Will be booking again for when we aren’t able to use hunting camp. Host was quick to respond and they had some really helpful little things already there I didn’t think to bring.

This was a very charming country cabin. The house was clean and clean linens, everything necessary to cook provided. It’s out in a neighborhood of little houses surrounded by woods and farms. There were a few bugs (spiders and stink bugs) which is to be expected in a country house. The hosts were very hospitable and had good communication. There were plenty of beds if you are traveling with a group. The sunroom was very lovely! We travelled to Rickets Glen and Welsboro. It was a perfect location for us.

The property has been in the family for over 30 years and has been enjoyed by 3 generations. It is the perfect place if you want to be adventurous or just enjoy the peace and serenity of the area.

What makes this property unique

From sitting in the spacious sunroom enjoying the outside wildlife that occasionally passes by, to sitting out in the back yard around the firepit gazing up at the thousands of stars in the black sky, you will feel right at home.
