Nestled in Ojai’s sought-after East End, just one mile from downtown, this peaceful retreat offers two private guest rooms in a beautifully renovated home set on a full acre of landscaped grounds. With sweeping views of the Topa Topa mountains, this space is ideal for guests seeking rest, reflection, and nature—not parties or loud gatherings.

House

Two private guest rooms with a full bathroom in a beautifully renovated home set on landscaped grounds. Guests will have exclusive use of both guest rooms, the kitchen, and the living room. Please note that one interior room will be closed.

Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or a small group. For parties of more than five or those seeking full-home availability, feel free to reach out with any questions.
If you’d like to return with more guests or prefer full access to the entire property, options may be available for an expanded stay.

Please note: There is a designated office area located in the playroom, separate from the main guest spaces and away from the house, occasionally used for quiet work. It does not affect guest privacy or comfort.

Lovely property but very poor host communication

We enjoyed our stay at Dimitar’s home for the most part, but when we inquired about adjusting the temperature of the hot tub multiple times via text and message, we were ignored. At more than 900 per night, our expectations were unfortunately not met in terms of communication, and we would not recommend a stay here.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s very safe, quiet, and peaceful—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The East End has a wonderful sense of privacy, with open spaces, mountain views, and beautiful gardens all around.

Even though it feels tucked away, it’s just a short drive or bike ride to downtown Ojai, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and farmers markets. It’s the best of both worlds: a calm retreat with everything you need close by.
