I love the ocean view site of the pool area and beach. This is such an amazing view of Durado PR. We had one hiccup and it was the parking. We had to pay for parking; However I was able to get in contact with the owner and the situation was rectified which I found refreshing, any issues the owner was just a phone and or email away. The room has a microwave which is great to heat up food; two beds, light up tree, mirror and a nice seat down desk. The room is cozy and beautiful. We will definitely keep this is an option to stay when we are back in Puerto Rico.

The room was fifty and black mold plus bird droppings all over the balcony. We abandon the place just 1:2 hour after arriving and not able to get an acceptable response from owner.

The room needs renovation; they have so many rugs around, like covering a dirty floor, and the room smells like fungus and mildew. The AC was not good; I was sleeping with a floor fan. Well, in the end, I finished with an allergy and lost my voice because of the nasty environment; the only positive thing was the reception and great service. The pool is not clear and needs reparations around.
