Amazing place, very clean and welcoming. We had a great time despite rain every day. Any questions we had the host responded within minutes. Although we later learned most of our questions were already covered in the guest handbook that we overlooked. But having such a nice place to come back to every day made the stay so much more memorable. I highly recommend and would love to stay there again!

This place was perfect! It has EVERYTHING you need and it’s exactly like the pictures. Walking distance to restaurants and Condado Beach. Felt very safe staying there due to the condo security procedures. Also, very nice and quiet at night which I loved after coming back exhausted. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient, Clean, Heart of Condado Gem

Location, location, location. This clean, cozy condo is conveniently located in the heart of Condado; a neighborhood full of character, great food, pubs, bars and BEACH! Everything featured in the ad is exactly what you will find. Will definitely book this again in our future stays.

Getaway

Patricia was very easy to communicate with and the check in process was a little rocky, but that was user error. Overall, this location was perfect, perfect location and distance from the business of the Condado and the beach was so close. I would definitely stay here again next time we visit PR.

The overall experience of the condo was great. Very clean and spacious for a family of 4. Loved the security features with the elevator and not needing a key for the door. It was close to everything we did. We would totally stay there again.

Loved: Modern, great location, balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktail, A/C, bed, shower, Patricia responsiveness. Would have been better: If view from balcony looked like advertized. It had microwave. If it had a dresser to put things in and on. If ice maker worked. If shower had hotter water. If there were towel bars/hooks in bathroom. Overall it was lovely, modern, clean, and great. We would return for sure.

Good clean place

Property and apartment are good. The check in Process is not ideal. They do not “meet” you like the listing says but instead have a lock box with building key. Had to message a few times to get that info and finally answered a call while I was waiting at the building. The apartment is very clean and great balcony. Great location. Only issue is there really is not any hot water. It’s luke warm at best. Should be an easy fix by turning up water heater where ever that is. Again great place just fix hot water and update check in process

Great location to Nightlife in San Juan.

The apartment was in a great location with ample parking. It was clean, however when we checked in, the a/c unit in the bedroom had filters which hadn't been cleaned in ages so water had backed up and ran down the wall which soaked the bed's headboard & mattress and pillows. The rug on that side of the bedroom was also soaked & the floor was wet. The side table had water standing in it. We reached out to the host but never heard from her. So, My husband stood on a chair and cleaned the a/c unit and filters. The floor was mopped and we just hoped the mattress would dry out, which it did eventually. The remote for the TV didn't work, even when we bought new batteries for it. The drain in the shower backed up once which was a problem because it is a 0 entry shower. We would have enjoyed the balcony but the furniture on it was falling apart. Having the trash and the laundry just down the hallway was very convenient. There was also no counter space in the bedroom which would have been nice. Same with the shower--we had to put our bar of soap on the shower floor. The kitchen was fine but a tea towel would have been nice. The apartment was bright and white which was great. All tile, no rugs.

Amazing Location!

We loved this apartment! Very clean and the area felt super safe. We were able to walk to the beach, dinner, bars etc. Great location in condado- would recommend!

Cute condo with access to Condado nightlife and restaurants. Great views of the lagoon from the balcony. Has 1 tv in living space. Patricia was a pleasant host.
