Trash disposal: Trash pickup days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Guests will put out the trash by the walkway in front of the house on Mon or Thur night.
If checkout day falls on Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday morning, guests will leave the trash in a secure trash bag in the garage.
Parking: Please park in the driveway, not inside the garage.

Host did a great job communicating the gate code, door code, and providing us his phone number in case we needed anything. Neighborhood was quiet, house had a nice kitchen, enough bathrooms, water was super hot like i like it in the shower, all that. What didnt go so great was during entry to the home, the alarm was armed and we didnt have the security code to disarm it provided from the host, so it's blaring for a good 5 to 7 min. Thankfully, we didnt have to deal with the law or anything showing up, but still a very jarring and unnecessary experience after a long drive to the home. The amount of towels we had access to and the condition they were in was another thing that wasnt so great. There was 6 of us total, and we barely had enough wash towels, plus two if the towels looked to have been ripped severely, and one was ripped in half, so they were hard to shower with. The cleanliness of the place was subpar as well, as there was hair and/or food crumbs on the floors in the bathroom, the kitchen, and even hair in the towels. There was also no remote to the tv upstairs. Thankfully, we figured out the one downstairs was universal so we were able to turn it on, but that would have been nice to know ahead of town. Lastly, the beds (specifically the one in the primary bedroom) looked as if it had not been cleaned from the last occupant, but just remade with the same sheets. The reservation charges a cleaning fee, it would be nice for the place to be clean before you occupy it.
