Guests can enjoy the Game/Movie Room, back yard, front porch, WiFi, TV in every room, all AC, a hair dryer, a safe, and an iron with board during their stay. Fall in love with beaches, hiking the mountain fort view in Guánica and enjoy the magic it has to offer. The Guanica area in southern Puerto Rico is truly a relaxing and an adventure for outdoor enthusiasts. From relaxing at the beach in the calm Caribbean Ocean (due to its natural coral reefs that keep the waives calm) to hiking, to the over 400 year old Spanish Fort from your doorstep, to eating traditional Spanish cuisine while enjoying local cocktails with the view of the bay or ocean. You can also enjoy short drives to other nearby towns with lots to offer like La Parguera (phosphorescent/bio bay), Yauco, Guayanilla, Ponce and Mayaguez.
On site laundry service and additional periodic cleaning available at additional cost. Hypoallergenic dogs under 20lbs ONLY, so sorry no cats or other animals due to severe children allergies. Self Check In.

This is a Perfect place to vacation! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the property in Guánica that truly felt like a home away from home. The Host is a friendly prompt communicator that was aways available if needed. From the moment I arrived, the owner was incredibly accommodating and made the check-in process seamless. The property was immaculately cleaned, with every detail attended to, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay during Christmas, one of the best days of the Year. The cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout the home made it easy to relax and enjoy the Christmas spirit to unwind. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a warm relaxing getaway with all the comforts of a home. The host has provided one of VRBO’s Best Games / Recreational room in the world that I have ever seen. Everyone of all ages will enjoy, which my family enjoyed gathering and playing the games. Furthermore, the host has a detailed book of sites with restaurants and places to visit that are true gems. I Highly recommend staying at this home in Guánica, I know I will be returning too.HOST A

As a child I grew up spending my school vacations and summer break in Guanica. I love the town and still bring my children there during school breaks as well.

What makes this property unique

Totally renovated and has an awesome game room like no other in the area. No pool but there are over 20 beaches in the county of Guanica that are AAA rated.
