House was just as advertised and comfortable for my husband and I. The owners were very reaponsive and accommodating. My husband was required to stay in Durham for a month after his organ transplant and the couch in the home was too low for him so they allowed us to rent a chair and bring it into the home during our stay. I work remotely so the office space was great!!

I am from Durham and have lived here most of my life. I love the city of Durham and enjoy being close to Raleigh and Chapel Hill as well. There's always something to go do and good food to eat! My partner and I are traveling nurses most of the year so we wanted to share our home with others while we're away!

What makes this property unique
