offering easy access to Hochatown's attractions and amenities, including
Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park.
- The fully-equipped kitchen features an eat-in bar area, dining table, and a
Keurig for coffee enthusiasts.
- Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the cozy bedroom, which boasts a luxurious
king-size bed and an attached bath with a deep soaker tub and walk-in
shower.
- With accommodations for up to 4 guests, the cabin includes a queen-size
sleeper sofa for additional comfort.
- Relax in the living area with a gas fireplace and a wall of windows, offering
picturesque views of the wooded surroundings.
- Unwind on the deck with serene outdoor views, a gas fireplace, and a
relaxing hot tub.
- Step outside to the fire pit located on the bank of Lukfata Creek, perfect for
marshmallow roasting and s'mores making.
- It is a PAVED drive to cabin/road is paved so ANY car can access this property (doesn’t need to a 4x4 car)

* We do allow pets (dog) for an extra pet fee of $195 for up to two dogs and $50 for extra dog. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!

AMENITIES:
We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too!

ENTRY:
A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils.

IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB

To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.

● We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub. . Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.
● No pets of any kind or size in hot tub.
● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub.
● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub cover.
● Children must be supervised at all times.
● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub

Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities.

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!

* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.


*Authorized early check-in is available at $50 per hour
*Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping adress
* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.
