This property is part of a gated community that is conveniently located between Bartram Park and Durbin, so there is access to endless shopping and dining regardless which direction you go. There are two parking spots assigned to this unit (the numbers on the parking spaces are near impossible to see, but the host provided details as to which spots they were, so I had no trouble finding it)On the main floor, there is a half bath, dining area, full kitchen and living room - all spacious and comfortable to host a family. Upstairs, there is a loft with a futon that folds flat to be an extra bed, as well as a desk that has two computer monitors (I loved this feature since I work remotely and could easily plug in and be good to go for work). Also upstairs are two great sized bedrooms. The first has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second has a queen bed with a full bathroom right outside the bedroom door. Both bathrooms are shower/tub combos and have detachable showerheads, which is amazing when traveling with younger kids that need assistance being bathed. I was so thankful for light blocking shades on the windows, as most homes I have rented only have horizontal blinds that don't block much light. Neither of the bedrooms had ceiling fans, so bring a portable fan if you're like me and need air movement while sleeping. All in all, this was such a cute spot to stay while visiting the area. Definitely would stay again!

The host was so communicative and helpful! I had some unexpected travel changes and he was very accomodating. The house is very nice ahd clean.

Graduation

The condo was nice. Crush I had been closer to Fleming island but that is no fault of the condo or host. There’s could have been more comfortable (I like a softer mattress!). I would definitely stay here again.
