Relax with friends/family at this peaceful lakefront home! Two level home with 2 king bedrooms upstairs & 2 downstairs with one being a queen and the other a double bunk twin beds for kids, 2 living areas and walkout basement. Screened patio and 3 level deck overlooking the lake. The lake is just a few steps from the firepit. Outdoor dining table, grill, 12ft Hot tub, paddle boards, kayaks & an outdoor fire pit. There is also a fenced in backyard area for dogs.

We stayed here over the weekend (6 adults & 3 kids) and loved it! The house was big enough for all of us. We spent most of our time outside around the fire pit and in the hot tub. The house was located on the water, it was clean and roomy and the AC was cold! I recommend staying here!

1. The pictures do not give the actual home justice. It was phenomenal.2. Plenty of extras that aren't in the listing such as, games, fishing poles, life preservers, dvds, books,etc.3. Plenty of room to do laundry 4. A screened in porch, an open porch with roof, an open porch without roof, and a lower level, PORCH. PORCHES WERE HAD.5. Check in super easy.6. We loved the property. All of the furniture -patio, beds, sofa, etc. is really comfortable. The location is great if you want a lake house, but also want to explore the ozarks. It was an easy day trip to eureka springs.

We chose this area for its peaceful lakefront setting and convenient access to town. You get wooded views, calm water, and stunning sunsets - while still being convenient to Fayetteville, Springdale, and other NWA areas, as well as restaurants, hiking trails and Razorback events.

It's the perfect balance of a quiet retreat and easy access to everything NWA has to offer.
