Relax with friends/family at this peaceful lakefront home! Two level home with 2 king bedrooms upstairs & 2 downstairs with one being a queen and the other a double bunk twin beds for kids, 2 living areas and walkout basement. Screened patio and 3 level deck overlooking the lake. The lake is just a few steps from the firepit. Outdoor dining table, grill, 12ft Hot tub, paddle boards, kayaks & an outdoor fire pit. There is also a fenced in backyard area for dogs.

We're a local Northwest Arkansas family who acquired four adjacent lakefront properties between 2024 and 2025. We fell in love with the serene setting and lake life! We're excited to share Water's Edge properties with others and believe time at the lake should feel easy, beautiful & memorable!

We chose this area for its peaceful lakefront setting and convenient access to town. You get wooded views, calm water, and stunning sunsets - while still being convenient to Fayetteville, Springdale, and other NWA areas, as well as restaurants, hiking trails and Razorback events.
It's the perfect balance of a quiet retreat and easy access to everything NWA has to offer.
