The five bedrooms were very comfortable for the six guests that stayed. The kitchen was very lacking although it advertises 12 people could stay there. It only had five coffee cups as an example. The table only had chairs for five people and because the living room had a white rug. It was very uncomfortable eating out there. Because we all came from different areas. Parking was a real challenge. We would not stay there again.

Thank you for noting that the bedrooms were comfortable. The remainder of this review reflects a mismatch of expectations, not an issue with the property or listing. The home is accurately advertised, with clear photos and descriptions of sleeping capacity, kitchen setup, dining areas, and common spaces. We do not advertise a single dining table or seating for 12 at once, and the living room is not intended as a dining area. Kitchen items are consistent with typical short-term rental use. No request for additional items was made during the stay. Parking is clearly disclosed and ample. The covered carport fits four large vehicles, with additional designated parking and space behind the home. Guests are encouraged to review listing details carefully prior to booking to ensure the property meets their specific needs.
