You can access to the alley via E Spring St. We will provide you the parking space instruction after booking. When you arrive to the entrance door of the unit, we will grant you access into the unit and you can find the house keys in the kitchen for you.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please kindly left the keys on the coffee table on 2nd floor, and use the automated lock to lock the door on your way out.
The recycling bin and garbage disposal area is located in the alley, behind the building. It has a wooden gate and you can simply pull the latch to unlock the gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The townhouse is brand new, immaculate. The landlord was unusually prompt and extremely friendly. The location is great, right in the middle of Capitol Hill. We will be back, I hope, and I highly recommend this property.
