The property features a rustic German-style duplex cabin built in 2017, designed for comfort, charm, and modern convenience. You’ll be staying in one side of the cabin, with a private entrance and your own amenities. The owner occasionally stays in the adjoining unit but travels frequently—so most of the time, guests have the entire place to themselves. When on-site, he’s quiet, respectful of your space, and happy to share local tips if you’re looking for recommendations.

Unwind in the spacious breezeway, which features a bourbon and wine bar, a large TV, a cozy couch, a recliner, and an ice maker. Step out to the 50-foot back porch and take in classic Hill Country views from a row of rocking chairs or enjoy a meal at the picnic table.

For outdoor enthusiasts, over 2,500 feet of private Pedernales Riverfront awaits—perfect for fishing, wading, and relaxing beneath the canopy of ancient cypress trees. Depending on river levels, guests can cast a line for bass, catfish, perch, and even stocked rainbow trout.

Inside, the cabin is outfitted with two queen beds, a kitchenette, a private bath with a large shower, a wardrobe, and a TV. Nature lovers will appreciate regular sightings of axis deer, whitetail, wild turkey, and more.
