We enjoyed staying here and exploring the area. The hot tub was a nice way to start and end our days. The house was comfy and we would stay here again.
The house was fairly small, yet cozy! The property had plenty of space to play with the pup and the hot tub was a nice and relaxing addition. Definitely recommend
Property was clean and well maintained. Manager was welcoming and accommodating. She handled the two issues we had swiftly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to get back to that peaceful haven. Thank you so much!
We came here for a mini girls’ weekend and it was a dream! The property is gorgeous and the house is so quaint and cozy. You’re only a few minutes from town but feel so far away from the city when you’re on the property. It was a dream! We loved our stay and highly recommend!
My husband and I stayed here with our two pups. Diane was very responsive and accommodating. The house was great, very clean. The yard was huge and the dogs loved exploring. We will definitely come back and stay again.
We had a wonderful stay. The little house it the perfect get away.. feels like you are far out in the country while you are actually really close to downtown.
Great property, quiet, peaceful, secluded and perfect.
Bring an extra multi-plug charging unit, there are limited outlets.
Great snacks, to choose from if you need them. All the extras and more.
Love the quirky decor and ease of reservation.
This place is just the right distance from town to give you peace and quiet in the Texas Hill Country. It is comfortable and private. Enjoy the birds and other wildlife as you relax and relax and unwind.
Property was amazing and exactly as advertised! We picked the coldest weekend in like forever to go and the hosts were amazing and made sure we were good and had everything. I highly recommend this property and the others they have, you won't regret it! And the hot tub felt wonderful after a long day. Thanks again!!!
The cottage was great, clean, nicely supplied, and in a beautiful location on the edge of ranch land. The cottage comes with front porch with rockers and a cosy lit patio area with table and multiple chairs. There's even a carport to shade the car and a hottub.
Your right out in the quiet countryside but very close drive to Fredericksburg, so very convenient.
We will be back!!!
Very convenient place to stay; very close to Fredericksburg.
The property is comfortable and very near Fredericksburg; that was great because we went to the museum of the Pacific war. I wish the hot tub had been better, but I said something to them and hopefully they are working on that. we had our dog with us and she was fine and comfortable, we were there the three of us, my husband, my son and myself. Kris and I are in our late 70s and our son is in his 50s. We were all fairly happy with the accommodations. We cooked meals there; the dishes and pots and pans and things are all great. Threfrigerator is very cold.
This had everything we needed. Perfect location. All the amenities! Comfy bed. My only suggestion for a change - and this is super nit-picky - is that the counters have so many items on them that it's hard to make a meal. And if you want to use the table, you have to clear off the place settings. I felt guilty moving everything. That probably takes a lot of work to set up.

Disappointing
We booked this property for a week for our honeymoon, for two reasons: it was in a quiet location and it had a private hot tub. The hot tub did not work during our stay. We contacted the property manager about it nearly every day of the stay. Their solution was to give us permission to use the hot tub at a nearby property for one of our six nights’ stay, and to offer one night free if we stayed there again in the future.
We booked for three nights but on day two had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency. We packed quickly to come home and left a necklace. I messaged the owner and she found it and said she'd mail it. It's been three weeks, multiple messages and nothing. Our fault for leaving it there but she's been less than helpful in returning it. She was paid in full for a three night stay when we only stayed one. No water, electric etc used and she definitely made money on our stay. Asking multiple times to have a small item (with sentimental value) returned isn't asking too much. Very disappointed.
This was the perfect get away for my husband and I to celebrate our eighth wedding anniversary. The house is not far from Fredericksburg. (Downtown) The bed was comfortable. The house was clean. I will say the house does have covered parking which came in handy because there was two hail storms while we were there so that was a plus the only downside of our stay was I was looking forward to the hot tub. I don’t know if it was just cleaned, but the chlorine was a little bit on the stronger side . I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.
