Beach Front Cottage On Family Friendly Pretty Lake. Sunsets, Fishing And Fun!
Welcome to the Emerald Isle at Pretty Lake!
Weekly cottage rental on Pretty Lake, an all sports lake.
Two Bedroom, 1 Bath, Kitchen with everything to cook, sun porch, cable and WIFI. You can hear the waves from bed, very close to the water! 15 minutes from Big Rapids 10 Minutes from world class golf at Canadian Lakes! 1 hour drive from Grand Rapids
Large aluminum dock with fishing chair available to use ONLY to access a boat if you bring one or to fish.
*Pontoon Boat not a available for rent (belongs to owner)
4 seated paddle boat and kayaks available to use during your stay.
We have yard games available to use such as, Corn hole, ladder ball, bocci ball and a few sand toys!
Pet Friendly with a $100 pet fee
Fire pit by the lake
Dock space available if you would like to bring your own boat
*Pontoon in photo is NOT included but there are a couple local boat rental companies.
Maximum occupancy: 4. The property is fully furnished and includes: 2 bedrooms: Master Bedroom: queen bed and pillows; 2nd Bedroom: two XL twin beds and pillows; stove, refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, DVD, with Wi-Fi internet, coffee maker, toaster, dish soap, dish towels, cleaning supplies, a start-up supply of toilet paper and paper towels, furniture, pots, dishes, silverware, brooms, blankets, quilts, sheets, bath towels, bedspreads and pillows.
Absolutely no smoking in the cottage.
Renter has full use of a propane grill.
Kayak, and paddle boat included
$100 PET FEE and that is due when you check in.
$70 CLEANING FEE
