Location is ideal to have plans across the metro Detroit area with easy access to highways heading in all four directions. Close enough to downtown Royal Oak for a stroll and access to the local restaurants.

It is a 1920s house and I would not call the bedrooms spacious just normal for an older home. The kitchen pictures make it look a reasonable size but it is a one person only kitchen. Also, be aware there are stairs to get to the washer and dryer and stairs to the bedrooms. On the flip side the family areas were nicely sized. The kids enjoyed the games and the location was great.
