Native from Montrose, CO! I had the pleasure of enjoying all the different activities on the Western Slope like Jeeping, biking, hiking, sightseeing, you name it! In my opinion, the Western Slope is the best side of Colorado! I love hosting as I get to connect to amazing people from all over, and allow them to see this unique treasure of Colorado.

This property is in such an ideal location in Montrose. It's near the heart of downtown, and is conveniently located to all shopping areas. It's also only a short drive from the Black Canyon!
What makes this property unique
The Spacious House is a wonderful open layout, filled with all the amenities you could need, and it's honestly just so convenient for the Montrose area!
