Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please move all linens to the laundry room and start the load of towels in the washing machine.
Please leave the garage door opener on the table by the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The City of Montrose has a noise ordinance in place. Guests and visitors are asked to keep noise at a minimum between 10pm and 6am.
Parking is limited to the garage and the driveway. Parking on the street is prohibited by the HOA and illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing.
We humbly ask that if you stay Sunday night, that you please place the brown trash bin out on the curb for Monday morning pickup.
