This 2BD/2BA condo is perfectly located just a 1 minute walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola and only 50 steps to the Lionshead Arcade Bus Stop, the preferred method of transportation in Vail! Celebrate the $1 billion renovation in Lionshead Village and enjoy the new premium shops, restaurants, and bars that Lionshead has to offer!
This unit is in the heart of Lionshead/Vail in walking distance to the slopes and Eagle Bahn Gondola, Ski School, Starbucks, Haagen Dazs and gorgeous shops. You can't go wrong eating at one of the sophisticated restaurants or hanging and listening to music at a nearby pub. Although it is in the heart of Lionshead, our apartment is well insulated and quiet and you never hear crowd noise or the highway.
Each bedroom has high thread count, premium bedding with down pillows & comforters. You will sleep beautifully in the luxurious sheets and thick comforters. Both bathrooms are stocked with premium hotel collection towels in matching soft hews.
The deck overlooks Vail Mountain & Lionshead Square and the shops and restaurants. The billion dollar Arrabelle Resort & Spa is right across the street.
Amenities include: Flatscreen TV in living room & both bedrooms, fire place, high speed wireless internet, open floor plan of living room, dining room & new kitchen, full size washer/dryer and the rental comes with a parking spot.
The Lionshead Children’s Ski School reservation center is 30 steps from the condo’s stairwell. It is literally the closest building to the school & if your family participates you will love the convenience. You can get your children reserved and situated in ski school & then return to the condo for another cup of coffee & finish getting dressed. And ..... the location is wonderfully convenient if you forgot something. You have to walk up 1 flight of stairs to get to the condo but the condo & the location, location, location are well worth it!
If you need to rent equipment, we have established a relationship with a Ski & Rental shop just steps from our condo stairwell. They will provide you with a 20% discount off your rental equipment. They have excellent service and top of the line equipment.
Do note, there is no elevator in the building so there's one flight of stairs to access the unit.

The host was great with communication! It is a perfect location, cozy condo, easy parking, & the kitchen & bathrooms were so well stocked. We loved spending Christmas in Vail!
Awesome stay. Absolutely perfect location, such a cozy condo for our fam. All necessities were there for cooking, comfy sleeping, and hanging out as a family. Walked the gore valley trail every day, easy bus ride to the village, and all of RJ’s tips were great. Super easy to follow instructions for getting to condo plus parking. Highly recommend, and hope to return again!

Great Condo in a Great Location
We enjoyed our stay at the condo in Lionshead village. Truly a great location. Condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will certainly try to book our next visit around an opening for this unit.

This condo was perfectly located in the heart of Lionshead. The unit had everything you would need for a relaxing stay. I would recommend this pet friendly condo! Also great communication with owner.
Great location for someone competing with dogs at the GoPro Mountain games. Minutes from the pool and close to all the conveniences in Lionshead Village
This is our second summer in Lionshead and staying at one of RJ’s managed properties. The condo was awesome!! Everything we needed was there. The location is the best as it is so convenient to all the stores and restaurants. Vail is just half a mile walk away and we did the walk sometimes twice a day. It is so beautiful here in the summer!!
