The home offers comfort with 4 beds (Bedroom 1: queen bed upstairs, Bedroom 2: queen bed upstairs; Bedroom 3: full-size bunk beds downstairs), 2 bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), and a fully equipped kitchen. Simple essentials are provided along with towels. Home entertainment includes a TV in each bedroom, arcade games, a spacious deck, hot tub, and more. Grand Lake is only a 5 minute drive, offering restaurants, fun family-friendly activities, and year-round events.

everything was great! for my family, we would prefer a king size bed option in one of the rooms :) the street was closer than the "PIN/MAP" location identified on the VRBO site. the noise from that road did prohibit us from keeping windows open for a cross breeze. otherwise the property was GREAT!

We had a great weekend staying here! The views are amazing, the hot tub was relaxing, and the location was great for access to multiple days activities and hikes, the town of Grand Lake, and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The proximity to the road did not change our enjoyment at all.

While we had a nice time and everything went smooth on our visit, I recommend getting insurance and taking photos of everything. They will try and accuse you of damages, even if you didn't. So document everything once you get in and leave for your peace of mind. And I mean everything.

Monique was a pleasant guest, but upon checkout some issues were discovered. VRBO and insurance was provided documentation and photos and they decided in our favor. This is an unfair review, but as mentioned VRBO investigated and found Monique's group did cause the damage reported. Would NOT host Monique again.

The view was absolutely amazing, but the road was so loud we did not spend time on the deck and needed to keep the windows closed.The recent renovations were done really well, however the bedroom in the basement does not have a door (it has a curtain). Also, it was a bit cramped for 4 people upstairs to share a bathroom with one sink. Nice house overall, but a little cramped and a bit loud.

Beautiful house with an amazing view of Shadow Mountain and a great location. Close to Grand Lake and RMNP. We loved our stay. We did find the upstairs bathroom a little small for 4 adults to share, but if you know that going in, it’s not bad. The basement bathroom is large. Lovely home.

This property is fabulous! We loved the layout of the home, the remodeled kitchen, the location near Grand Lake, and the deck. The home was well equipped and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend!
