I think the intentions of the decoration of the property was good, but the reality is some what disappointing. Hot tub was scummy, The pool guy did come the next day and cleaned it. Weeds over taking the back rec area. The pool area had broken items around it. The game barn was a mess.

The house was located nicely for our needs. Close to everything the house is really roomy. The outside shows the age of the home, but the inside has obviously been flipped and re-remodeled. The beds were comfortable. We did have a few issues with some of the features, but they were addressed. I would definitely stay

The best part about our stay was the backyard set up for kids. We were in town for a family reunion and 90th bday party combo and this home was conveniently located for all of our activities and it had the room we needed when we were not at reunion activities.

We loved everything about this place the location to everything we did was perfect. My boys loved the pool and all the games. The inside arcade brought back so many memories for us older folks. We even took a family photo in the back yard, it was so perfect.

Beautiful house! Tons of fun! Lots of space.

We loved staying here! The house is beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the kids were very entertained with the games and golf. It was a perfect stay! I highly recommend Jordan's house. When I had questions, he was very responsive, within minutes. We would love to stay here again.

Nice property for guests of all ages; our family ranged 4 - 92 Two of our group arrived Friday afternoon; 1st day of rental. I was delayed in arriving until Saturday PM. A/C was not working; unfortunately June/July are some of our hottest months in New Mexico. I notified the owner (Jordan); he assisted by phone with troubleshooting which was unsuccessful. Sunday morning, Jordan arranged for a plumbing company to repair the A/C unit by that afternoon the unit was cooling to a comfortable temp UPDATE:Communication w/Host was great until I attempted to contact him after checking out. He was aware that I had concerns. Texted him privately once I got back home (will attempt to attach a screenshot). Jordon NEVER responded. I have held off in submitting this review on VRBO site hoping to discuss concerns w/Jordon. To any future guests of this property; I suggest to immediately check the lock on the sliding glass-door in dining area to see if it has been repaired. We learned, what appeared to work, when you tugged on the handle the lock failed. Main bedroom had a freestanding a/c unit (I assume they knew the main a/c didn’t work). Unit was vented out the window w/out the window being secured I was 15 min late in clearing out. Due to heat, all our guests left early Sunday. Monday had all our belongings & trash in the driveway, struggling to load our car & my 92 yr old husband who has Alzheimer’s. Met the Housekeeper who eventually threatened to call the police.
