Northern New Mexico Home Perfectly Located!

Home is located in a great neighborhood, just 30 minutes from Durango, Colorado, 20 minutes from Navajo Lake State Park & 15 minutes from Farmington. Home is kid and pet friendly. Boat parking and washing are available on the North side of the home. The backyard is fenced with a covered patio. New Mexico has some of the most beautiful sunsets. Enjoy relaxing on the patio as you watch the sunset for the day.
The neighborhood is also kid and pet friendly. The neighborhood is great for walking or jogging with the elevation change in the neighborhood. Tiger Park is located just behind the neighborhood to the east. It has a stocked pond, dog park and frisbee golf course.
The Aztec Ruins are 5 minutes from the home. The San Juan and La Plata Rivers flow through the area. Quick access to mountain biking and ATV trails. Welcome to New Mexico! Relax and Enjoy.

I would rate even higher, but the rating window was not meant for iPhone screen5 Star place, Thomas is a great commentator and for us 3 gals we were extremely comfortable. We cooked 3 nights and the grill and kitchen worked perfect. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people who wave and even stopped to chat. WiFi worked very well and TV has all apps to binge watch programs of your choosing. This has been our second year year coming to fish San Juan River.

Beautiful large home, nicely furnished and well stocked. Great garage. Lovely and inviting covered patio on the back of the home with grass and full grown trees that provided welcoming afternoon shade. Attractive and secure neighborhood. A delightful place to stay while visiting the Four Corners Area. The host was accessible and especially helpful.

Lovely home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Spacious, and the dogs (Wisconsin born and raised) appreciated the grass in the backyard. Incredibly comfortable bed, and one of the best equipped kitchens of any vacation rental we've stayed in over the years. Looking forward to staying again next time we visit family in the area!

Such a wonderful home. Very spacious and we'll laid out. It's really hard to travel with kids, so It was great! Lots of room, lots of seating, big soft beds, storage and big backyard. Very clean, sweet neighbors! Felt incredibly safe, and kids loved the neighborhood decorations for Christmas

Wedding weekend in Aztec

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Aztec home…had everything we needed for meals and making ourselves feel at home. Location was perfect and backyard gave our pups a place to play! Plus, close to mountain biking, hiking, ruins, the river and so much more! Would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice
