Studio with 1 king bed on the 1st floor, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping mall, golf and all attractions.

*Pool key available in the kitchen drawer. In case for loss of the key there is a $100 fee.

*No mailbox for this location.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Studio was filthy. This rental should be removed from VRBO. Carpets were filthy and a terrible sour smell was present in entire studio. I found a chunk of glass on the carpet. Bathroom not cleaned. Bugs were found around the perimeter of the room. Stay away!!!

I was surprised by your comments, as no concerns regarding cleanliness or pests were reported after you checked in. The first time I was made aware of any issues was at 7:00 PM on the evening before your departure, which unfortunately gave me very little opportunity to investigate or address them during your stay. Since your visit, the carpets have been professionally cleaned, and the property continues to receive monthly professional pest control treatments as part of our preventative program. I always strive to respond promptly and resolve any concerns brought to my attention during a guest’s stay.
