Cozy water front home on lake Livingston ready to make great memories. Bring family, friends, THE BOAT! Pine island is right outside of the cove. Open lot next to the house is open for yard games. Many yard games provided! Charcoal/gas grill provided as well! House is a three bedroom, two bath, with a fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom and guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. The bunk room is furnished with two bunk beds that are full size mattresses over futons. The back of the house has a large covered patio, where you can relax, grill, play games, and/or make a fire.
