Clean, spacious two bedroom is close to Ashmont Village, UMASS Boston & Downtown Boston. You’ll love the Quiet neighborhood with included off-street parking. A short drive, uber or train ride to downtown. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Lots of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.

Great neighborhood. In the city but tree lined streets make it feel more suburban.
Great neighborhood bars and restaurants are a short walk / uber away or you can head downtown.

About a 10 minute (1 mile) walk to Ashmont Train station (Red Line). Bus at bottom of street as well.

This is a great place if you’re visiting Boston! Easy Lyft/Uber ride to anything you want to see in Boston. Great hosts, super responsive and very nice! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Train Street house in Dorchester. The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for light meals. The off-street parking was very convenient, and it was a short walk to the Fields Corner T stop. Check in was a breeze, and our host Shawn was very communicative. We would definitely stay there again.

Property was very nice, well taken care of. We did not have a car, walk to train station was about 15-20 min. Owner left coffee pods and snacks for us. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was spacious and provided the basics needed for our stay. A few minor issues (stain on the blanket was off putting, pee/toilet paper left in the toilet, bedroom doors didn’t shut securely, and the bedroom outlet was falling out of the wall- secured with a piece of scotch tape), but we would recommend this location based on the comfortable beds, private parking, and accessible laundry room.

Property is within 15 minutes of downtown and 5 minutes from the JFK library. There are actually 3 beds and I think a pull out couch but we didn’t need to try that. So plenty of sleeping space. Beds are comfy. Appreciated the laundry as we were there for three nights. Only downside is one bathroom which wasn’t a huge deal but something to note if you have more than 2-3 people staying. Stop and Shop for groceries is 5 minutes away plus restaurants and a CVS. Parking in the back of the place is also quite nice to avoid the worries of on street parking in a big city with a rental. Overall I appreciated how budget friendly this place was! Communication from the host was timely and clear.
