Our place has Great views, located in a very quiet neighborhood less than a min to the Beach, 7 min walking to Beachmont Blue line T station, 7 min from the Airport and 15 min to Boston. Lot of pizzeria/sandwich places close by with a delivery option. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers it has 2 Bedrooms, the first one has Queen Bed and second one has 2 twin beds. We will make sure that your stay will be as comfortable as we can.

Terrific apartment and lovely people. Beautifully equipped fridge, total thoughtfulness and care given to us during our four day visit. Lou & Ikram a really warm couple. Could not praise them more highly.

Wonderful stay

What a great find both Lou and his property are. Lou is very hospitable and goes out of his way to help you. From the food in the fridge on arrival to meeting us at the airport with our cases in the evening of our last day . The apartment is very clean and comfortable and within easy reach of both Logan airport and the local T subway station taking you into the centre of Boston . A weeks pass is only $22.50 which is excellent value. The apartment is also located within easy walking distance of the beach. Would definitely stay here again if lucky enough to find ourselves in Boston and would highly recommend both Lou and the apartment to anyone considering this as a place to stay for their trip

1st time in Boston

1st time in Boston this was the perfect place to stay close to the beach and close to the Transit line it was only $22.50 for a week pass. The property itself was brilliant clean and comfortable with lovely views from the balcony and a fantastic welcome pack was left for us, Lou and Ikram are great with any information and help you may need , special thanks to them .

Wonderful refuge

This place is fantastic! Much larger than the photos lead you to believe and just about perfect in terms of facilities. We had some trouble with the weather (local heatwave coupled with a massive storm) but the apartment has aircon and a supply of umbrellas & pnochos so we survived on both counts! The balcony is lovely, plenty of room and views of the sea on two sides. The kitchen is well appointed and there were even some stocks of water, eggs, butter, milk etc. in the fridge. In fact, there were enough bits and pieces that shopping was much easier (who wants to buy a big pack of eggs for a two day stay?) Even some bread and a couple of cold beers (so welcome after our long travels). The TV is large and internet enabled so when the storm kept us inside we were entertained and happy. The rooms are large, well decorated and very comfortable. I can't stress enough how welcoming and helpful the hosts have been, nobody booked in for the day we leave so a late checkout was allowed - Lou even offerred to help take our cases to the airport! The area is great - beers at Sammy's bar, walks on revere beach and food from Nick's place are all good choices. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Boston, the only downside is that we didn't see quite as much of the city as we planned, because we wanted to make the most of our lovely apartment!

Lou and Ikram were amazing hosts nothing was to much trouble for them to make sure your stay is wonderful .The apartment was very clean and groceries were left for you so you could settle in comfortably The blue line is only about an eight minute walk away so it was easy to get around without a car

Perfect place to stay to explore Boston.

Would we stay here again? The answer is most definitely YES! The apartment is as described being close to the train into town, has great views from the terrace and is perfectly sitiuated for exploring Boston and the surrounding area. If you are driving then there is also space to park on the drive. As to our host Lou, he could not have done anything more to make our stay so memorable. He was always available if we needed anything and made us feel very much at home. Finally, a great place to stay. We highly recommend it. Sean & Avril

Lovely spacious and well equipped apartment with sea views

We had a great three night stay. The owner Lou was very welcoming and helpful and showed us everything that we needed to know and made some recommendations of places to visit. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy and has an excellent washing machine and dryer as well as a very large smart TV. The property has sea views and is well situated being only 10-15 minutes walk from a subway station that takes you into the centre of Boston. Lou even provided some groceries such as orange juice, bread, eggs, butter, water, honey etc so we had breakfast food provided which was very welcome. I will be recommending this place to friends and family and hope to visit again myself.

Lovely location from which to visit Boston

We stayed here for a week with our 2 adult sons who also wanted to explore Boston. The apartment was lovely, home from home and Lou was the perfect host adding extras to the experience, such as food in the fridge and taking us around the local area and to the supermarket. The weather was amazing so the balcony was a fantastic place to relax in the sun. The views over the bay were lovely too. We would highly recommend staying here as it had both beaches and the city close by. The only niggle we had was the noise of aircraft overhead, (not at night).

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay and we're made to feel right at home. From the goodies in the fridge to being met at the door and showed around. This is the ideal place to visit Boston and surronding areas from and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Great place to stay in North Boston

Lou's welcome was great and he ensured we had some food and drink when we arrived from the UK which was really thoughtful. The apartment had everyting we needed and the view from the balcony was great. We could go into Boston in the morning and swim at Revere Beach in the afternoon.

Warm welcome, Great location, good value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was on the first floor level and was accessed through two lockable doors giving a good sense of security. The top of the stairs led into a well furnished lounge area which had a large flat screen TV that had Netfix and Amazon. There was also free wifi. There are 2 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen was modern and spacious and well equipped with appliances. The small space for the bathroom was well utilised. At the back of the property was a large decked area with nice sea views over the neighbourhood of Winthrop. The location was ideal for us. Close to Boston Logan International Airport and the major routes north and south. The property was with walking distance to the T (0.6 mile) a return trip to Boston cost $5.50 with trains running about every 10 minutes. At the same location as the T there is an Italian bakery and a Pizzeria - both very good. This property gets 5 stars due to the warm and friendly welcome from the owners Ikram and Lou. They were helpful and informative throughout our stay. Upon arrival they had ensured there were some basic provisions, bread, milk, butter, jam, eggs and even some beer! All this was very much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for them. If we return to Boston we would definitely stay here again. Great Place!

Our stay at this VRBO was fantastic! The location is perfect—just a short distance from downtown Boston, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. The space was spotless and provided plenty of room for our group of four. The hosts went above and beyond by stocking essentials like fresh fruit, milk, bread, soap, shampoo, and even half and half, which was incredibly thoughtful and made us feel right at home. They were gracious, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and well-located spot in Boston!

Great location with a view and provisions.

This upstairs apartment provided a perfect suburban location for an easy drive up to Salem, and easy subway ride into Boston. Off street parking is provided in their private driveway. We enjoyed the great water views from the deck. The hosts, who live downstairs, provided fresh fruit, milk, juice etc. A special treat was the fresh eggs from the chickens they keep in their back yard.

Nice Weekend Stay

Had a nice stay - just enough space for us for a quick trip to Boston.. Communications with our hosts was great. There were many nice touches provided in the rental, which is always appreciated! We didn't find the stools in the kitchen particularly comfortable, so we just played cards in the living room. Might be harder to eat sitting in them with non-adults in your group. We didn't rent a car, just used the train, which is about a 10-15 min minute walk from their location. Definitely recommend, and we would stay again.

Came to Boston with my son and my brother to watch the blue jays at Fenway. The rental was 10 min walk from the subway, very clean, well stocked and the hosts were very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great views and breakfast!

We loved staying here, great quiet neighborhood but a short walk to the T gets you everywhere if you want to avoid driving. Close to great dining in Revere Beach and music concerts at Suffolk Downs. I’d definitely come back!

Thoughtful hosts

We were visiting Boston for our anniversary and the hosts were kind enough to leave a cake and wine for us along with everything needed for breakfast. Very thoughtful! Only negative was the airplane noise was quite loud.

We were celebrating our 20th anniversary. Our host, Lou was amazing. He even picked us up from the airport as we didn’t have a rental. The home was spotless and as prescribed a very short walk to the metro. He even left us some small food for the week and the cake was amazing. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and great views this home is for you. Thanks again Lou.

A wonderful stay

We stayed here for our girls trip. We loved everything about it. It was soooo clean, came into a stocked fridge with eggs and fruit amongst a ton of other things. Easy access to train to Boston, nature trails and parks

Property was great. Easy close access to Blue line and some nature trails and parks. Home was cute, clean and deck was amazing. Host stocked frig with fresh eggs from their chickens and juice, fruit, yogurt etc. which was a pleasant surprise. Host was friendly and helpful.
