Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Leave pool access fob on counter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Water and hot water heater need to be turned on upon arrival. Instructions are in unit. Water and hot water heater MUST be turned off at end of stay.
There are no lifeguards. An adult must accompany all children under 18 in pool areas. Children under 14 not allowed in hot tubs. Open 9am to 9pm
Quiet hours 11pm to 8am. No roller blades, skateboards, scooters, etc. on tennis court. $200 fine for feeding alligators. No feeding turtles.

Awesome Location

Fantastic communication with owner. Close to all beaches and shops. Pool and tennis court right out the front door. Plenty of room with all the comforts of home.

Overall the stay was very good. 9 out of 10. The development/community was very nice. Overall the unit presented well with a beautiful overview of the lake. There were a couple of personal items that we missed having during our visit. (hairdryer and a colander for draining pasta) Having the Keurig coffee pods and tee bags were a nice touch. We most likely will be coming to the area later this year to resume our 2nd home search. We will consider this property for our next stay.

Great place for an extended weekend

This was my family's first time staying in Sunset Beach and it was a really nice location. The condo was large enough for all 8 of us to be in the same place but not on top of each other. My mom really enjoyed the screened in patio and my nieces and nephew loved that the pool was only a few steps away. The owners went over and above accomodating us and we're extremely appreciative!!

Wonderful Location!

We arrived at night so the building numbers in the grass were a little hard to see. Other than that, we had the perfect stay. Ample space, all the amenities of home! Pool literally out the front door and close to all the nearby beaches! Communication was easy!
